Fishing at Weir Wood Reservoir

Set in the heart of the Sussex countryside, Weir Wood Reservoir offers a premier fishing experience in 280 acres of peaceful and scenic environment. Whether you’re an experienced angler or just starting out, our well-stocked waters provide the perfect setting for a rewarding angling experience.

Weir Wood Carp and Coarse Fishery operate the fishing activity at the Reservoir. The water itself stocks a wide range of fish including pike, mirror carp, common carp, bream, roach, perch, rudd, and eels. The Fishery is a syndicate and club water, open year round with no closed season, and a number of local angling clubs have permission to fish onsite.

Usual opening hours are 7.30am until dusk, although on occasions this may be subject to change based on pre-arranged site wide events.
